SOLVENT
IMMEDIATELY REPLACES ACETONE
AREAS OF USE
Cleaning rollers, de-icers and application tools for the implementation of polyester resins and epoxies.
NEUTRALENE RG 30 has an optimized evaporation rate allowing effective action even on highly reactive resins having a short TECAM gel time of a few minutes.

NEUTRALENE RG 30 is an excellent diluent and cleaning agent for tools and paint application and rinsing equipment, including circulating solvent-based paints.
A better alternative than more toxic blends
with Xylene - Toluene / MEK - MIBK
Use only with solvent based paints; do not use with water-based paints (Hydro). Do not use as thinner (for viscosity) on epoxy and polyurethane systems.
ECONOMIC ASPECTS
Reduction of consumption
NEUTRALÈNE® RG 30 a has a vapour pressure of 1.2 kPa at 68°F.
Acetone has a vapour pressure of 24.7 kPa at 68°F, over 20 times greater than that of NEUTRALÈNE RG 30. Consequently, it is easy to deduce from this that there would be a considerable reduction of solvent consumption – by about 5 times – avoiding any unnecessary loss by evaporation. It is well known that acetone often requires multiple applications in succession due to its almost instantaneous evaporation rate.
Recyclable, reusable
NEUTRALENE® RG 30 is an azeotrope, its distillation point is 257°F.
It is easy to recover, distil and reuse, with no loss of its physico-chemical qualities.
The distillation point can be lowered by approximately 30% if a vacuum distiller is used. Distillation is then total and extremely rapid, at 194°F.
For post-production cleaning of tools by immersion, for cleaning equipment that is used to produce resins, or for cleaning tanks, valves, pumps etc.

Precautions for use: Product classified as inflammable, below 145,4°F flashpoint. Product contains no raw material classified as CMR, toxic, noxious, irritating or sensitising. Refer to the safety data sheet. Thoroughly read the label on the package. In case of fragmentation, transfer this to the new packaging. Use pure, do not mix with water.
NEUTRALENE® RG 30 is a powerful solvent and dissolvent of resins; we advise doing a preliminary test when preparing surfaces on plastic or elastomer materials.
